The Next one - Waiting for Winter
« on: June 30, 2017, 04:15:11 pm »

Here is my next one.
Found her at a "Yard Sale" - just for my model club members.$150.00 US.   Never touched, all there, no warped pieces.

However, as a not-quite-a-novice -
can someone recommend a book or articles
on P.O.F. construction?

Thanks,Jim PopeDenver, CO USA

Believe it or believe it not Chimaera POF is my next planned build. Just taking stock and clearing up the left overs from Topaz and awaiting my order delivery from John Hemmens.

Baldrick,
It will be interesting to see how they compare.

The original Kit VS the Latest Version.
I will probably not even unpack this until September.
But will be sailing my fleet and reading up on POF Techniques.
So -

CAN SOMEONE RECOMMEND A GOOD BOOK ON P.O.F?
Thanks,Jim Pope

Everyone -

Talking about a senior moment -

I just scrolled down and saw the "Master Classes" section of this forum.
I guess I have my reading cut out for me.
I'll be back in September for a Log on the new Build.
For now I am going to play in the ponds around Denver.
Bye for now.Jim
