Has anyone bought and used one of these radio sets for model boat use?
16 channels,reasonably priced,and also good priced receivers
Seems like the bees knees to me
a friend uses one for model aircraft flying and has had no problems
what are your thoughts guys?

A number of the mode 2 versions are used by club members here and they are all very pleased.

John I think there is an advanced model,The details I listed is a slightly more advanced model?
With all the parts I have been buying for my F14,I just wondered if this would be an alternative perhaps?
Cheers
Mick

The F14 is very good . But it is getting no younger .  For up to 8 ch it is still very good . After that you can buy the modules or look at new tray radios . The Modules are not cheap so I would ratter invest in new up to date  equipment . I have looked in to the Taranis X9E and I think it is very good
