Fairy powerspray should remove the paint.
Spray it on, leave it a little while and it should
scrape off with a plastic scraper.
It is sold in most supermarkets and Wilko's.
Find it with the oven cleaners.

Ebay and do a search for GRP paint stripper....this MUST  be  grp freindly one.......do not use nitromos or similar.....fairy power spray would do uf you can get hold of ant....or you can simply wash it off with cellulose thinners ....one heck of a messy job

Hi there

Just a note to be careful when using cellulose thinners - because some thinners will attack polyester resin.

Try using 'Dettol' the brown discinfectant because believe me this works - it even takes off Humbrol enamels.
