US navy figures circa 1850

(1/1)

petermun:
I have been refurbishing a tatty static model of the USS Powhatan, a side-paddle frigate of about 1850. Almost finished, and now a working model, but I have been searching high and low for suitable 1:72 scale figures without success.   I know we have several forum members from the USA, does anyone know of a source, please?   (Painted or unpainted)   Thanks,  Pete

TailUK:
1/72nd scale figures from the following conflicts might provide useful figures;
Texan War of Independence
 US-Mexican War
 Crimean War
 Italian Wars of Independence
 American Civil War

There a useful site that reviews model soldiers in 1/72nd
