Has anybody had trouble with the life raft containers not being the correct depth 12mm instead of 22mm?

I've just measured my vac-form parts.  Each half is 7.5mm. so 15mm total depth.  Measure from the speed line plan, make the total depth 16 mm and I get 19mm from scaling the RNLI plans.  So, I get more than 12mm but less than 24mm.  Where did you get a 24mm depth?

Just checked again the containers when assembled measure 13 mm depth the double strap is 22mm from underside to deck the single straps are 19mm from underside to deck.  My drawing shows the containers as 19.5mm depth.  I measured with my vernier this time.
