Norfolk Wherry

I am in the process of building a model of the Norfolk Wherry ,and having problem where to place the sail and rudder servos, and how and where to run the control arms between servos and rudder / sail.
Anyone had this problem and over come it I look forward to your thoughts and input.

Just some pictures of one I own. there is also the option to do the sail setting in the way they did it on the broads.
