'Walking with the Lions' - Sunday 21st May, Portishead

This Sunday (21st May) the Portishead Lions organisation will run a fundraising event for local schools from 10:15 through to 15:00.  The event is normally attended by hundreds of kids and their families and the Lions set up a number of events for them including walking around the Portishead Lakegrounds in groups.  A number of our local model boat clubs will be there both putting on displays and hopefully enjoying some sailing.  These include:


Clevedon & District Model Boat Club
Gloucester & District Model Boat Club
Sedgemoor Model Boat Club
Woodspring Model Sailing Club


This is all weather-dependent of course but hopefully we will have an enjoyable and sociable day's sailing.  If you are able to come and visit then please come and say hello (I'll be on the Woodspring MSC stand).
