Towing Day at Marigny Normandy (France)

Hello


Two or thee times a year we are a dozen French modelers and tug lover to get together for what we call a Towing Day (in fact two days each time)


This summer it was at Marigny in Normandy

Lovely boats  and a nice big tow. Looks like you had nice weather as well. What was on the barbecue menu?

Thanks for your comments, we had joy and we had fun, this year the weather was nice with us.


Two years ago at the same place it was sometime like waiting for a bus.

Thank you I appreciate - we are trying our best to play as close as possible with real practice, dynamic towing (the yellow semi-sub ship with own power) indirect mode with ASD or Voith, push-pull, long rope etc ...  Our azimutal tugs (ASD or tractor) are equiped with 360° props.
