hello, I'm interested in building an RNLI Atlantic class kit, ive heard lesro? does one, however couldn't find it on the website, I came across one from models by design, however that one is currently out of production. So, is there anywhere else that produce these Hull/Kits?

Lesro ceased marketing their Atlantic 21 kit in the late 1980's, and have stated on several occasions in recent times that even though they have re released other kits, have no intention of redoing the 21 kit........why, I don't know, because now with such great interest in lifeboats and lb kits being very popular, it seems very strange.


however, as the Lesro kit is now so rare, an unmade kit fully complete and in box can fetch anything north of £500.00p. I know personally someone who sold one several years ago for just that sum.


they are as rare as the proverbial rocking horse poo.
