Thank you for your clear piccys of the build. At long last I am building my Alan Horne (hull number 404 shows how long my to do list has been!)
Really helpful. I have nearly finished the under deck.


One request if you are back from hols. How did you decide how far the mast tube was positioned lengthwise. i.e.. distance from the Stern/Bow?
The plans say centrally (of course) but give no measurement of the actual distance to (say) the centre of the tube.... yet I would have thought this crucial?

Senility.........Just found exactly the measurements given at point 15 in the instructions !!.
Also noted my hull is 414 not 404
