Model boat radars?
« on: September 14, 2017, 01:10:12 am »

Anyone know where I can get scale razors and motors please? Can't seem to find them on eBay, and I think the robe ones are too big, looking for around 1/36th? For a Southampton/weyforce..

Thank you :)

Try these folk in the US.

I just got the radar, didn't worry about the mast.

wouldnt have ordered from the us for something so small, ive looked on hunter systems, action electronics and marks model bits, and a few others, just not sure if they are the right ones, there was a guy at ellmsmere port a few years ago that did lots of them, cant remember his website tho

I picked up a Micro-p micro planetary geared motor and Micro Voltage Reducer from Component shop on Sunday at Southern Model Show for exactly this purpose. Iain had one on display, running with a little radar mounted to it. Just got to figure out how to take a drive shaft off of the slightly odd output end..
