Speed lights
« on: September 20, 2017, 11:37:05 pm »

Speed lights were known to have been used on US icebreakers during WW2. Mounted facing aft on the aft superstructure, they were a shielded light. When were they used? What was their appearance, ie color, and illumination pattern, flashing, constant? Any other information regarding them is appreciated.
Thank You
Jonathan
