Aeronaut Tirpitz
« on: October 03, 2017, 07:34:08 am »

Just finishing off a Robbe U47 submarine that I put down for a couple of years. Thinking about my next model as the big 60th birthday in October and what the other half should buy me. Any thoughts from anybody on the Aeronaut Tirpitz on the Deans Marine range of warships? :-)

If you are after 1/200 Tirpitz, i wouldnt touch the aronaut kit with a bargepole when theres a 1/200 Bsimarck available from trumpeter that is simply in a different league of quality, i know the Bismarck isnt the Tirpitz but its a better starting point for the Tirpitz than the Aeronaut Tirpitz kit !!

Thanks for the feedback, I see trumpeter also manufacture HMS Hood so a good rethink is required.
