There is not too much to say about her . This is an ORION Moulding hull that I have arranged in my way.
I did ask JPB to make me this boiler according to my drawing. There is 8 vertical boiler tubes of 100 mm long x 6 mm diam.
The burner is a tiny Bobino’s one 60 mm long x 14 mm OD that I managed to perform allright .
This is first time that I try such a small size. It is perfect with a N° 8 jet / 25/100 - 80/90 g/h.
I maintain 2.5 b pressure with my TVR : 7.5 cc @ 1000 Rpm in the H2O. I even need to slow down the gas rate with a gas pressure reducer. I removed the Liquid phaseous to supply the burner: no need .
That is also why I installed an electric feed pump to maintain the level and cool down a bit.
At the end, the equilibrium is fine and I can sail quietly while sipping my beer !
As usual, I take what I have on the shelf , thanks to Ebay or others supports and I try to build something with it.
And as usual again, the engine that I show at the begining is never the definitive one at the end.
But it is more fun to try, change and play.
