Leaving it in YELLOW Mark ? JJ will see it better  %%  What are the pods on the bottom for ballast or propulsion ?
Have you seen the 'Flying sub' in the Warwick pics ? looks a tidy size , dunno if it's a Mountfleet model . . .

The pods are filled with lead, lowing the c.g and also allowing for adjustment of longitudinal trim.

Looking good do you have more pics of the build ??

My Bat is waiting for my attention on the table.

BTW will 40MHz FM do the job or should I dust of the old 27MHz AM equipment ?

Depends on how you adjust the snorkel as to how much you fill the tank. You can set it up for positive or negative trim. Neutral is pretty much impossible to achieve, as you’ll almost always be a bit heavy or a bit light.

Displaces about 230-235ml.

Some make them flood, others leave them sealed up. If you go for free flooding, then I would make the bottom part easy to remove so you can clean it out from time to to time, as it's bound to get a bit of muck in it.
