  My father in law was out of town this weekend so I took the opportunity to "borrow" his workshop to get some paint on. Now I can see where work is needed.

Just read this through from the beginning and this is magnificent work my friend!!!! I love what you have done with the plan and it is great to see another ferry emerging.
Folks of Mayhem - if you knew just where Hama has built these boats......the workshop space he has available......you wouldn't quite believe it!  The space is literally the proverbial 'cupboard under the stairs'. To produce such wonderful models in such a small space is testimony to the fact that you do NOT need a fully equipped 5m x 3m shed!!
As the French would say - "Chapeau!" Hakan......... English equivalent : I doff my hat to you!

Thanks Carl!
Yes you've seen my workshop, it ain't big! Could hardly produce the lifeboats for your ferrys in there, perhaps the lifebelts {-)

Thanks Danielle!
I hope to hook the ramps to the servos for a test soon. I have already made the supports for the servos.
All the best!

Started to hook up the servos for a test. It will need some fine tuning but more or less there. The flap isn't attached as I will paint the ramp first.
Stern ramp next :-))

Hello again!
I made a bad, bad decision to paint the Windows. I had plannd to use tape or decals or something but ended up masking and painting. A lot of painting...When I do some touch up I think the overall look will be ok.
She will look good from a far but far from good {-)
Adding more colour and Windows the next few days :-))

I like it too, as far as I can see she is still in service for Corsica Ferries as Sardinia Regina although heavily modified.

Yes insulation tape was my original plan, don't know why I deviated from it {:-{
Anyway, I think the overall impression will be good enough for me.
More updates soon I hope  :-))

First coat on the decks. Second coat on the belt, and final coat on the funnel. I will try to sand off the colour from the logo on the funnel rather than painting it white. Will see how it goes.
