unknown engine set up info and price guide please

Hi guys, new to this section and know begger all about it.
I have acquired an engine, boiler, burner, gas cylinder and oiler setup to sell for a friend who sadly passed away last year,
I am selling it on behalf of his widow and have a guy who is after one to run in a boat.
But how much do we ask, I know nothing and the owner don't know either, and we don't want to rip off or be ripped of either.
If the buyer is willing to pay the value of the stuff then fine, if not then it will be up for grabs on here, so we need the best price we can get, I am making nothing from this so all profit goes to his widow.
So here are the pics.

Would the boiler need testing as it is an unpredetermined age?

That would be an automatic thing to do, cannot be to careful with steam. nemesis

I would say £150 and let buyer beware of
the boiler test if no certificate supplied.
£150 would be fair to both parties IMHO.
