Does anyone know if these are the same maker as the Stratos Interceptor by any chance?

Yes, I believe so .... both business' long gone.

Thanks Martin,
I was guessing they looked like they shared the same mould.
I don’t know if HydraFibre made them or if Stratos was a later owner of the moulds and manufactured them independently.
