Gardener:
just fitted new viper 15 Speed Controller linked to emitter 6 receiver and transmitter.
Works ok forward and backwards but servo does not turn very far.
Changed servo and still the same problem
Taken linkage off and same movement on servo
Only moves from half past position to 20 to position at the most ?
Any ideas please ?

ESC has nothing to do with the servo.
Does your TX have End Point Adjustment
Or throw limits?

If it is an Exmitter set,
then read the D/R dual rate
and End Point instructions.

One other thought,
You need to use the aileron channel
for a marine rudder.
Not the aircraft rudder channel :-))
