I don't know other than doing trips on her as a passenger to Hoy and back (the puke bucket boat -one of the roughest crossings in the UK).  What does TSDV mean??????  Do you mean the MV Graemsay?  Interesting she's been lengthened since I was on her.  She looks a bit more proportionally correct now.  Just by the pics I'd imagine the old Metcalf mouldings are of as-built rather than the current boat.  I  remember the magazine articles when the kit came out.

Which bits do you want to know though?

The kit is from Tony Green but I think it was from Metcalf moulding first. Just wanted to know of any tips for building that there might be. Any problems within the kit itself.

Twin Screw Diesel Vessel???
The kit is as original build.
Not the lengthened version.
Dave Metcalf did some reasonable
kits. Should not have too many
problems.

I've had GRP mouldings which were fine from Metcalf, others which were bad enough to return for a refund.  I've not seen any models of MV Graemsey myself, perhaps it's worth getting hold of the old mag article?  I remember the build article, can't remember anything other than usual about working with GRP and cleaning up white metal parts.  If you want to see model builds it seems you find them on google as TSDV (made-up acronym?), if you want to see pics of the real thing as a reference perhaps use the more normal MV term.
