Fast electric racing in scotland

Hi
Are there any clubs in scotland that run fast electric races.
I am a member of the Greenock model boat and yacht club, we currently race I'm yachts and build and sail rc scale models.
I am thinking of starting a fast electric racing section, and just checking to see if there are any Scottish racers who can give me a hand with what type of boats to start with, any racing rules I need to know, and what type of courses, I would need to run, etc?
