Bob
You enjoyed cooking in the rain, nothing like a soggy bacon sandwich to start the day of {-) {-) {-) {-) right

I think the dates are right it will set it in peoples minds that this is the Mayhem Weekend each year :o :o :o :o

This year we must have some springer football, a certain member on the forum wants to trade paint with me, (yes Mark we know who I am talking about) ;D ;D ;D ;D I have already made the goal posts.

I also think we must have a time for children to have a go, I do not mind organising it, with A Nother ;) ;)

What do people think about a Grand Sail, as many boats as possible on the water sailing together around the lake. This was an idea from bunkerbarge, which I think would look great. Again I do not mind organising it.

OK that is a start, anyone else???

I would like to attend again. Will you have me back?. Tug submergence and survival lecture can be arranged if enough interest.   8)

Seriously though, I had a great time last year and didn't notice the weather until it was forced on me. It really is a great location. We must all arrange to stay at the same place overnight this time. I'll get the first round in.

Cheers...Ken

Thanks for the offer, no smoking motors now all water cooled.  ;D ;D ;D
Ken quite a few camped or stayed in their caravans last year, a bit damp but what the hell. I hope you will have a football springer ready, you can not sit on the side and watch.

    ... Hi Guys...

Wee Johnny & Myself might make the trip down from Bonnie Jockland for the Weekend...
Is there plenty of room for camping, I am thinking of bringing the tent with us...
It sounds like a bit of a laugh...
Our Scottish Springer Fleet is growing rather fast at the moment so we might be able to have an International Springer Football Match...3pm Saturday Afternoon...What about the Welsh & the Irish, We could have our own Home Internationals Springer football tournament...

Ray
Any Mayhem member can attend, there is no booking in, just turn up with a boat or two. If no completed boat, turn up any way I am sure someone will let you have a go of theirs, if not I have a spare springer you can play with.
If as last year you can bring a caravan or camp on site, Wickstead Park is near Kettering, Northhamptonshire.
