My model is based on the old Graupner kit of the German fast patrol boat Wiesel modified to be the Turkish version Kartal

it has three shafts and three rudders the outer two shafts have 380 motors on 6v for manoeuvring and economy and the centre shaft has a 540 on 8.4v for forward only speed.

I still have a few details to finish like the missile launchers on the stern and the railings and a couple of hand rails but its nearly there. has had a maiden test voyage and on the two 380's only it cruises round for ever at a reasonable speed but kick in the centre motor and it takes of like a scalded cat a real change of underpants job. manoeuvrability is excellent at all speeds.
