And another one
you may have cottoned on that I like civilian aircraft most, especially the corporate jets - sleek, stunning beautiful - and wayyy out of my league.

Should I shout Pontoon then, oops I mean 'Blackjack' TupolevTu-160?
Should have realised by your panache for aircraft from the eastern bloc...

Obviously too easy for you, this will be too, but it's one of my all time favourite 'planes - did thousands of miles on these in my youth, Ahh happy days.
p.s. enough for one night...over and out.

I think that's Vickers answer to the Mosquito, only the vertical tail looks more DH than Vickers
a bit of research needed!

No idea here, despite having built model planes for much longer than I've been building boats! It looks a lot like a Westland Welkin to me, except that the wings are too short and the tailplane is in the wrong place.

Rick,#
Nose and tail are right, but engines and wings way not so - I'm sure I've seen these wings on a Vickers experimental twin.
Wonder what the engines are - RR Exe?

on the ball to night martin. But to be correct you got a photo of a 14m1p. It started life as the vva 14 then was converted to a WIG craft and called the 14m1p as you can see were her extra front engines were.
