Video conversion?

I have a video in Nero .nrg format - Does anyone know if there is a utility to convert this file into a standard AVI or MPG file?

Any help would be appreciated....

I've got Nero 7, which has a de/recoder. Not sure what it does, but I'm willing to give it a go if you'd like to email me the file.

I think you can get a trial version of Nero from the Nero site , this might allow you enough options to convert it.
