i just thought id show you some pics of my latest completed model, it was originaly a I/C power boat but i have converted it in to electric as we are not allowed to use I/C or petrol boats on the lake my club sails at. i picked the hull up at the south wales model show back in april thinking i could do somthing with it. as you can see it was in pritty bad shape but with a bit of TLC i was able to restore it. it now contains a 850 torpedo motor connected to a 15A mtroniks speed controller,  and a 12.0V 3700mAh SC NiMH racing battery pack. now i have finished it and tried it a couple of  times i am concidering selling it.
