Photo etched handwheels
« on: March 21, 2011, 09:38:23 am »

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of a UK source of photo etched brass handwheels, sizes needed from 2mm to 10mm, 3 and 4 spoke versions

larger sizes would be nice to have as well.
I have looked at scale link but they don't do the ones i used to use anymore >>:-(

Thanks

Ian

Thanks, guys :-))

Does anyone know if James Lane attends/trades at the South Shields exhibition in April?
I know he isn't far from there, being a Whitley Bay dweller.

regards

Ian, as a response to your query I've copied Jims little pamphlet and was going to post it as an attachment but then I thought it would be construed as advertising. I could send it to you via e-mail of course.
Jims business doesn't really lend itself to having a show stand as (I believe) he only makes "stuff" to order. World wide, but still a one man band business.
He's also branching out into vac-forming (did my vents for "Northumbrian" as my wee home made machine wasn't really up to it).
Everything he makes for sale is as good as it gets.
By the way....if you ever call him, please don't mention that you think he lives in Whitley Bay! He's 5 miles up the coast in Blyth.
I've got no connection to his business, but as with every other member of TMBC, I look on him as a friend. BY
