DIY brass propeller

Can't find topics on the above. I will need a 4 inch prop for my next project. Premade ones are so expensive. Thought i'd at least give it a try. I have a small metal lathe and some brass stock. Thanks.

They can be expensive , give westbournes a ring they have brass props in at modest prices , i bought a matching pair of 75mm 4 blade ones for less than a tenner each, so 90mm ones wont be much more if they have them .

i phoned prop shop the other day to get a price for a 100mm 4 blade m6 kort style prop.  It was £48 i think.
