Don't knock BA, Roy, we flew back from London to Sydney with BA last year and had a marvellous flight  :-)) . Our English friends all told us "you'll be sorry", but BA were great. We arrived in Sydney...on time...and even better, so did our luggage - all of it, and at the same time we did  O0 {-) How good is that?  ;)

BTW, we didn't go out of the infamous Terminal 5, we left from Terminal 4 which was a bit of a mess, due to refurbishing.
