Going off the height of the figures and the length, it works out at a guess of 1:16.

hi thanks  the reason i wondered was because of figures as i thought they looked small against the wheelhouse.

Don't measure them against the wheelhouse, measure against the door. Looking at the photo the wheelhouse floor is meant to be higher than deck level.

I think the boat is 1:15 or 1:16 thoough. It's an excellent sail too.

My Brittany trawler Jasmine Elizabeth (below) is 1/16 and 870mm long. So nearly half as long again as the Majestic, which doesn't seem right. What size are the figures? To be 1/16 they would need to be between 3.75"/95mm (5ft full size) and 4.5"/114mm (6ft full size).

Just Curious

I have to admit that I am quiet taken by these models of small inshore fishing vessels.

Models by design do some crackers. I was really impressed at a show last year and did feel a little nostalgic. Only 30 years ago we did have an inshore fleet. Mostly gone now. The quotas being sold on.

Hi Granwood I have a Thunder Tiger fishing boat Catherine great boat, like you i thought the figures looked to small. I brought my fishermen from George Turner Models they are super with great caracter but you do have to paint youself. Iam sure mine were 1/20 scale 92mm high and they look right, but he also does 1/16 scale 110mm high have alook at his webb site see what you think.   Good luck   Dave
