Hi Boat Crazy, welcome to the forum.
The SWMEE show is well worth a visit, it was it's first year last year and was well organised and it can only get bigger.
There was only one issue that I heard of regarding the distance to the lake for sailing, there was a mini bus shuttle running all day to the lake and flying area, but, as I understand it has been resolved and the organisers are erecting a portable pool.
I (MMB) will be there all weekend this year why not come and say hi, I will be the one hiding behind the fogbank.

Mark.

Mark, I think I should come down and buy you the bacon butty I promised you at Mobile Marines show (don't tell Stavros)
Boat Crazy, you should come to the Mayhem weekend in May, where you will find a very wide display of boats and boaters

If it's just boats you're after, check out the SWAMBC web site for club open days etc.

Hi boatcrazy
A couple of friends from the Shepton Mallet Driffters attended the show you mentioned and they are going again this year, they are also taking some advertise leaflets with them for a charity show that I organise at Alfold, Surrey. See club events or commercial events to find out more about this show or visit www.alfoldboatshow.co.uk
