Odd sized Propshaft

I'm after a very odd sized propshaft...

I need one 8mm by 14" (about 36cm)

Anyone know where I can get one? It's for my FSR-V Multi...

Andy
John Stidwell (you'll not have met him) made 8mm shafts years ago but they haven't been used for ages.
If you can break a quarter inch stainless one, there's something seriously wrong with your set-up or your driving  :o
Why 8mm?  Maybe a phone call to Bernard Holder might be lucky.

I've just aquired a Racing Models Swift Multi, one of Syd McGoun's old boats (boat number 37 :o), and it doesn't have a shaft in it, but it does need an 8mm one. If I can't get one, I can always try to make myself one up at school. Problem being our old Bantam lathe is 4mm out of line on the turret adjustment....

I'll give Bernard a ring tomorow and see if he has one or knows where I can get one.
