Daryl, try typing Mystery Ship into the site search facility. It's certainly an odd looking craft.

Thanks i've found it. Does look a bit odd, I tend to agree with the conclusions at the bottom of the thread, a publicity stunt.

I will go along with the publicity stunt but it is one hell of an expensive one if it is. The mid section looks awfully like a narrowboat hull that has just been bolted on to me.

Probably another of Richard Branson's record breaking stunts. Around the world or from A to B in the fastest possible time. Looks as if the pontoons are fitted with shock absorbers. It could also be a seaplane minus it's wings and engines.
