Be a devil and but a mixer from action they really are the Dogs whatsits, have just completed a bait boat that will literally turn on a sixpence, this mixer will handle 3 motors wiht no probs at all but you will have to use three speed controlllers though

2772e:
Try the series 2 mixer from JJC Electronis, they advise on thes pages.

Throttle stick operates both engines and the third at higher rpm, reduces inner props at high speed.

Use the rudder stick left and right and she turns left and right on herself.

Well recomended and used on lots of boats.

Diagram three shows the ACTion mixer with two ESCs but it also has a third output for a central motor which isn't affected by the rudder stick. Read the article which goes with the pictures. Sorry I can't explain it any better but if you connect up as shown and add a third ESC to the central mixer output for the middle motor then you can control three motors from two channels like you want to.
Check with Craig at ACTion if you want any more gen on his stuff. Nice guy. I think Astec's mixer does the same thing. As for trying to control three motors independently from the tranny, I wish you good luck. You'll need it, along with about twelve fingers and thumbs.
Sorry this answer is so long, but it didn't seem to fit a "yes" or "no" reply.
I have two ACTion mixers and they work fine for me. Suit yourself.
