The images in the link you've posted are a good description of how the boat was built. The chap has used a typical construction for this type of boat. It appears as though he is using plywood for the hull, fastened to the supporting rib structure. Plywood will bend quite freely to follow the hull shape. Use a thin grade of ply, say 1/32" to 1/16" thickness and cyano it to the ribs. When the hull structure is done coat the inside with fiberglass resin and the outside with fiberglass cloth and resin. This will form a strong, lite hull that will fill your needs.
