Digifleet Omega Instructions

I've just got a 2nd hand Digifleet Omega 4/7 Marine TX.  This one has a row of LEDs and buttons on a panel in the back.  Does anybody know what they do, or can you point me at an instruction book?
Does anybody know who can service it?
