Been through the archives and tried to find a couple that show realistic water.  Great idea for a thread though and brought out some superb pictures from every one.

Thanks Ron, I was very lucky a couple of years ago to be at the pond with my camera in the fog one December morning, talk about atmospheric.  I couldn't go wrong with the pictures and got some really good shots.

I think it's called Madurodam, it's a miniature village in the Netherlands somewhere.

Really fantastic.

It was a low fog on the pond at about 7am in Sutherland Oregon, We were camping out for a battle.

I think it's called Madurodam, it's a miniature village in the Netherlands somewhere.

Really fantastic.

It is just outside Den Haag...

Yes, I had a chance to meet up with M@lline Vaargroep and the OSV society members during a
visit to Amsterdam in April.  They had a meet at Madurodam the day before I left.
Luckily I brought a boat along... Have springer will travel.  8)

Another excellent thread,
Here are a couple of shots taken of my old US civil war sternwheel river monitor Neosho, the water kind of looks river like and in scale.

Cheers
