Re Perseverance Tug. I have an Ian Allan RN book which states that the vessel is single screw.
Now I know why there are so many boats unbuilt, every owner is reading the posts on Mayhem                    Nemesis

Hi Nemesis
Interesting to see that you have some literature on the Perseverance, can you give me any more information please, and are there any photos in Ian Allans book? If so could you let me have details of the book please?
Many thanks
Brian

im 42 and spent my youth collecting airfix figures, in my twenties I went to jumble sales and bought loads more cheap, in my thirties bootfares started, more figures!!!!!!!!
was looking in my old house (now my brothers) in the loft today, and i found about another 3000 american civil war figures. In my kit shed I have approx 200 model kits, 1500 lord of the ring figues, 300 warhammer 40k salamander space marines loads of tanks for them plus loads of fantasy dwarves!

I started this boat hobby just 2 months ago, and being a plastic model kit modeller since my younger days, I am starting this hobby with plastic kit too.
I am building the Airfix 1/72 Severn lifeboat now and have ordered the Revell 1/200 ETV Waker. Eagerly waiting for the Waker to arrive from UK to start the conversion to rc.

I had the very last kit. Was told by MSW earlier this year that they can still supply hull, plans and most of the fittings required for it. Would just need to build the superstructure. Not too difficult really? I may end up parting with mine at some point, been sitting in the loft for around 12 months, I just had a quick look then resealed it! Want to start it but keep getting sidetracked! Dave.  :-))

I'd have a word with them. If I decide to sell mine I'll let you know first if you like? You're not too far away from me on the Wirral. Dave.  ;)
