I like a bit of photography with my old battered Nikon D70. It has been kicked, thrown and dropped in mud but still gives excellent images!

Yes, the low viewpoint really adds to the photo. Being a bit beyond getting down on my stomach to take pictures like this I have just bought myself an angle finder for my Canon SLR which allows you to look vertically down through the viewfinder. The official Canon device is around £140 but I bought a Seagull one from China for £35 which is supposed to be jusrt as good. It comes with six separate viewfinder adapters which means that it will fit lots of different cameras. Looks quite promising.

I was thinking about getting one of those myself, it would save me getting on me stomach and trying to keep the camera still while I'm rolling around! But it does make all the difference 'getting down to it'

I wouldn't change it for anything, it's took a battering and had a swim but still perfect!

Thank you.

Probably more my speed, since I might join the really great photography club Im talking about, it would probably be best to keep my ignorance out of the club till I get a bit of experience fooling around on a "Just For Fun" level.

Nothing like being a fool with a bunch of women who dont mind fooling around. The club I was thinking about might be worth while to attend. To sit quietly in the corner and listen, but that is it. They are so professional that a rank amateur would be irritating.
