Servo plugs/leads

Does anyone know where I can get the old style Futaba servo plug (I think they were on the Digimax M series) or adaptors to convert to the later type of plug

PS the plug with 3 exposed pins, 1 slightly further away from the other two

I bought some leads and plug kits from Mick Charles Models a little while back.

I think that the leads are reasonably easy to come by from the main stockists.
