The linen coloured RNAS Sopwith "Pup" was accurate to commemorate the first landing on a ship at sea. HMS Invincible had a replica Pup aboard for this event . I have also two Fairey "Swordfish" of the RN Historic Flight as used during the Channel Dash celebrations.  Also carried are 4 sea Kings , 8 sea Harriers.  Moulds for Osprey are complete but I CBAd at the moment.

Yes of course, sole purpose. 100% commercial. No longer do their Lordships of the Admiralty pay for it`s existence or touring the country. I presume you mean the ensemble (crew and ship).  Why do you ask ?   Ahhhhh, silly me. Jimmy you are referring to the two ladies in yellow, sorry they have other commitments , they are the Utterly Butterly wing walkers. (Now with another sponsor)   They used yellow biplanes too  <*<!   Good job we cleared that up , you might have hired the "crew" and got me...a crabbit old haggis-eater wae a kilt. {-)  Wasyl (sp?) its neeps wi haggis no sprouts sheesh >:-o

"Wasyl (sp?) its neeps wi haggis no sprouts sheesh"

Do you think I don,t know that,?...i was just working on the assumption, that as some people don,t like haggis or sprouts then it would be a good way to torture them,...for saying i,m insane, obviously you did,nt read the post the way i read it,...sprouts wi Haggis,..God forbid! {-)

Which is what happens to many topics simply because there is nothing more to say. At least try and keep the discussion on topic, or start another thread.
