ive got this rather nice tug tsekoa2 and ive got sounds but im not that impressed with the volume,

ive fitted a cheap chinese amp to it its slightly better are there any systems out the with variable volume control

A few weeks back Lidl were selling a guitar practice amp for about £9.99. If you do a search or maybe Ebay, you could strip out the speaker and board and use the internals. I think you may get volume control and also tone bass/treble.

I've also got a feeling a guitar practice amp is called a pigs nose for some reason, if you do a search
