Variable pitch props...any design
« on: May 31, 2010, 06:36:25 pm »

Hi again, I thought I'd put this on yesterday, butIi can't find it so here goes...I would like to build a small, lightweight variable pitch and reversing prop for my steam launch so I can control the speed and direction without getting into valves and wotnot.  Has anyone seen drawings of something along those lines?  Even a real one from which i can pinch ideas would be fine.

Many thanks.

Excellent stuff, gents, thanks very much for the swift response!

I shall have enough there to develop something.
