I think you mean a '69 dodge stopped making the charger in 78 , however from 1975 it was basically a dodge cordoba and the charger name was just a badge

Chronos tools do loose drills that size I have had good service from them in the past. www.chronos.ltd.uk

I know it's a bit late in the day, but most engineering supplies places will do micro-drills, down to sub-millimetre sizes as well as imperial, eg 1/32", useful for K&S brass etc, which, being US, is still mostly imperial in size.

Afraid the old days are gone where you walk down the town and pop into the ironmongers and get the odd drill bit.

I would certainly recommend Chronos for range and quality but the drawback to mail order is their requirement for a minimum order of £15 plus P&P. This puts them to the back of the queue for small purchases.
