HMS Victory
« on: January 16, 2007, 11:42:32 am »

Well, I've just been over to Westbourne Models and bought the Jokita kit of HMS Victory.
It was pouring with rain, so didn't play golf, and just had to do something !!!!
The should keep me occupied for quite a long while.  if i feel like a break, as no doubt I will, I'll continue with my very, very, slow build of a Fleetscale USS Missouri.

I'll try to chronicle my build of Victory in the "Builds" section, and, Bob, this one won't be getting "wet" !!!!

Did you see the in depth build article on this model a couple of months ago in the Model Boats magazine kit special?

I'm sure you did but if not you will find it worth getting.

Yes, I did.  It whetted my appetite and helped me make my mind up.
I did notice the 2400 hours build time !!!!!
