Hi Ho all !

You wouldn't believe the week I've had keeping the forum working!!!  >:( :-\ :'( >:( :( :-\ :-* :-[ :P
There have been a couple of 'outages' due to changes I've had to do at the hosting company.

For my next trick, I'm going to solve Britain's prison crisis, global warming and then start our own permanent base on the moon... it will be a lot easier!!!  >:(

"Keep warm and well fed."

Martin
PS. Thanks to Bradders for all the discouragemet metered out this week ... even if it was meant to be light hearted....  :'(

The prison problem is easy, stop making the place so comfortable, if you keep a good hotel it stays busy.!!!
Make prison uncomfortable and cold, so they don't want to go back. Shame politicians can't think like us

Bang on!
But how do you know? Have you been inside? Me too. Remember that fiasco with the dreaded poll tax? I wouldn't pay on principle, so they chucked me in the chokey for a couple weeks. You're right... it's not a deterant - it's a bleedin' holiday camp. For your sins you receive a varied choice of dinner each day... a gym... library... plenty of hooch... funny cigarettes... There's even a model-making class (read, how to stuff razor blades inside apples for the paedophiles' enjoyment). It seems one can have just as comfortable life on the in than on the out - if'n you can handle the lack of female company. (And there're even ways around THAT little hiccup).
The so--called powers-that-be are fully aware of the situation, but they are the very people who are scared witless even of their own shaddows. So nothing gets done.

Hope it worked, I just tried it and it could not be delivered. Guess Martin needs to put another shilling in the meter. :-[
