I was out sailing my yacht today....my Planet T5 TX got a little damp. :} Moral of the story.. I need a water resistant cover.

Any recommendations for a 2.4TX?

Thought about a plastic bag - waterproof, compact and doing your bit recycling

You can get that one delivered for around £13 if you bought straight from Hobbyking.

Here's a very poor low-light photo of one I made earlier (1971, to be precise) out of a scrap of leatherette. Very useful for slope-soaring in winter...

My lovely missus made me one from an old waterproof jacket with a fleece lining. The "window" was made from a clear plastic file cover.  :}
Works a treat.  O0   :-))

Hi there, have seen this at Sussex Model Center for £16.99 + p&p, not bad price, may invest in one myself,

http://www.sussex-model-centre.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=27621

Seen this one too from Graupner, but bit pricey, Dave

Dave, I like the Graupner... but as you say, a bit pricey... Its not dissimilar to the Radiowarm one http://www.raydiowarm.com/new_mitts.htm

This one, doubles up as a bag. That could be useful for hauling the Tx and perhaps other bits back to the car.
One or two of the others might, just.
