I was sitting here looking at my fleet of tiger 1 tanks, when I thought that I should like to add Metal Upgrade Parts to one Tiger 1 to make it a really classy tank.
This is what annoys me the most about how much some people just seem to think we play with our toys.
So I thought I would show you all just how much the cost is going to be for my Tiger 1 upgrade.
Firstly, the sourcing and the costings of the Metal Upgrade Parts I require (this is a personal choice).
Secondly, the time and patience which we all need, to put it all into place. (the build).
Thirdly, the painting and the extras to add that final touch of realism to make the Tiger 1 an Exceptional Beastie.
So lets take it away.
All parts are designed to fit the Henglong Tiger 1. All prices in Australian Dollars.
So Initial buy of Remote Control Tank 175.00 plus postage

So, so far that is my finished parts listing, well over the 700.00 dollar mark. Accessories such as Crew, Flags if I want them and other bits and pieces probably approx 150.00
Now with the Original tank costing me 175.00 plus all that I have quoted I am now looking at over 1000,00 Aussie bucks to create my TOY so they call it. I think it's more than a Toy, don't you. Now some will say, is it all worthwhile mate? Sure it is, Would any of you pay me over a 1000.00 to make one for you? I bet you would'nt but then that's Modelling I guess, if you want the best I guess you do it yourself or go and pay for it already done these days.
I would love to hear some comments about this and look forward to receiving some.
Cheers
Chris
