Hi there Scott, welcome aboard. Nobody does a full kit for a Mersey as I know of. I've built one using a Models By Design 1/12 hull/cabin moulding. Plans are available from RNLI engineering in Poole. Virtually all the fittings can be obtained from the specialists listed below. I got the fendering from Speedline, 1/16 Severn fendering is spot on. Markings were from Barrys Model Lettering, give him a call, very helpful and I think he's building one too. Any questions feel free to ask, plenty of helpful folk oin here. I hope this info is of some use to you, cheers, Dave.

Sorry Scott, there is no kit for the Mersey!
There are hulls available e.g. from models by design, but nobody makes a full kit for the Mersey so it's a case of do it yourself.
