I hear on the grapevine that Graupner have fallen out with Ripmax big-style. Gliders have been importers of Graupner stuff for a long time now, although their main thing is RC model aircraft. You may well find that they start to offer more Graupner stuff at sub-Ripmax prices, so it would be worthwhile sticking this website on your Favourites list.

And there's more. As well as Gliders, larger model shops can now order direct from Graupner in Germany, saving substantial amounts over what they used to have to pay that sadly diminished importer of crap Chinese RTR toys that we all know as Ripmax, and now they actually get them delivered in a reasonable time as well. At the moment, said shops are enjoying the vastly improved service and delivery times that they now enjoy by cutting out Ripmax, but as their profit margins have increased significantly, I can see quite impressive discounts being offered on in the UK on all kinds of interesting Graupner items quite soon.

Yes Jackie, but that's because Graupner have heard how much money you two make. They're evidently just trying to tap into excess profits in the UK model trade.

For RTR it is a nice boat. But even with 200 GP to expensive

You should check out the price at A Model World. Their list says it's £159

It is a good boat, but really cries out for twin ESC's.Ghost has done it to his and it's great.
